How it works

Enroll from your dashboard
Any KlicForge tenant owner can opt in from Settings › Affiliate. You get a unique referral code and link instantly.

Share your link or promo code
Your referral link is
klicforge.ai/r/YOURCODE. They can also enter your code at checkout. Attribution is tracked for 60 days — when they start a paid plan, the referral locks in and they get 10% off their first invoice. - 03
Earn on every paid invoice
Commissions accrue automatically each time your referred tenant pays an invoice within the eligibility window. Track everything from your affiliate dashboard.
Eligibility & payouts
12-month window: recurring commissions accrue for 12 months from the referred tenant’s first paid invoice.
Commission base: calculated on net invoice amount (after payment processing fees), not gross.
No self-referrals: you cannot refer your own tenant or any tenant you already own.
Refunds & chargebacks claw back: if a paid invoice is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is reversed automatically.
30-day payout hold: commissions are held for 30 days from the invoice date before becoming payable — this covers the standard refund window.
90-day cancellation window: if the referred tenant cancels within 90 days of their first payment, any pending commissions for that referral are voided.
Payouts: handled manually for now — reach out to hello@klicforge.ai once you have approved commissions to settle.
