Sending a photo, file, or voice note adds 1 additional interaction because media requires extra processing — so a message with media counts as 2 interactions. For voice notes, the transcribed text is processed by the agent and contributes to token usage like any other user message.

Storage. Photos, files, and voice notes may count toward monthly processed storage, even when temporarily stored only for processing.
